Ivana Develska is the Founder and CIO of Spear. She founded Spear after spending over a decade as a Senior Analyst at several long/short hedge fund platforms: Citadel Asset Management, Millennium, and Tiger Management.
She graduated from the University of Chicago in 2006 with a BA in Economics and started her career at JP Morgan in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

David Snyder has decades of experience investing in industrial and cyclical companies. Mr. Snyder held several senior leadership positions including Partner and Industrial Sector Head at Maverick Capital and Herring Creek Capital, and Cyclical Sector Portfolio Manager at Zweig Dimenna Partners and Pequot Capital. David started his career at Salomon Brothers and Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette (DLJ) where he spent over 10 years as a senior Chemicals and Machinery Analyst, ranking first place by Institutional Investor for several years.

John Inch was a leading industrial equity research analyst for over 25 years at Bear Stearns, BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and most recently Gordon Haskett Research Advisors. John was highly ranked for many years in the most influential sell side surveys. He started his career at Morgan Stanley after obtaining an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. During his long career on the sell-side, John was highly regarded for his out-of-consensus opinions and ob jective research.

Bryan Devenny spent over 15 years as a Portfolio Manager managing industrials and materials portfolios at Millennium Management, Balyasny Capital Management, and UBS O’Connor. Bryan started his career at Price Waterhouse as a financial auditor. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
